Isle of Anglesey, North Wales
A Beautiful Location With Something for Everyone
St. David’s Park in Red Wharf Bay is situated in the perfect location to escape from the grind and stresses of everyday life. Whether you are looking for a holiday destination or something more permanent, like one of our seasonal pitches or holiday homes, you will not be disappointed because there is so much on our doorstep.
The North Wales coast has some of the best beaches in the UK, as well as the truly stunning scenery that only coastlines can offer. We have our own private beach which has been awarded with “Blue and Yellow Flag” status and coastal destinations such as the imposing South Stack lighthouse off the rugged Holyhead coast and the beautiful Menai Strait are only a short drive away. With our coastal location comes the option of boating, fishing, and other water sports. This is made particularly easy with our onsite slipway and boat park available exclusively to holiday home owners and seasonal tourers. There is also the opportunity of visiting Ireland, with Dublin barely a couple of hours away from us via the fast ferry.
The area is also steeped in history. World Heritage Sites such as the medieval castles found in Beaumaris, Caernarfon and Conwy are all within a half hour drive.
As well as the coastline and Irish Sea, the mesmerising mountain peaks of Snowdonia National Park also serve as a backdrop of our park. With the Snowdonia Nation Park itself just a stone’s throw away you will never be at a loss for activities to fill your time with. The area has had millions of pounds worth of investment in tourism and adventure destinations over the past couple of years. There is also the endless walking routes and sightseeing spots in the area which are easily accessible from St. David’s Park. The area also boasts professional tour standard golf courses and some of the best cycling routes in the continent.
