Camping Terms 2009

  1. Motorcycles and mopeds are permitted only at the discretion of the Park Owners.
  2. Please report to Reception upon arrival.
  3. Fee includes one car per pitch. Additional cars are charged at £5.00 per night.
  4. Hirers are not permitted to use motorised caravans, cars, vans, touring caravans or tents as additional sleeping accommodation.
  5. Pitches must be vacated, not later than 12.00 noon; new arrivals are advised not to arrive before midday.
  6. Pitches must be occupied not later than 5.00 pm on the Sunday following the commencement of the hire, unless prior arrangements have been made.
  7. No refunds will be made under any circumstances. Please ensure that you have taken out adequate travel insurance prior to making a booking.
  8. No arrivals after 10.00 pm. Electronic Card Access Barriers are in place for your security and we can therefore only accept pre-booked arrivals after 5pm.
  9. The hire of pitches is restricted, and it advisable to book in advance.
  10. Tents must be sited within the designated area and up to a maximum of 6 berth.
  11. Vehicles are only permitted on the park if they are insured against third party risks and the driver holds a current driving license.
  12. Hiring fees are accepted on the understanding that these Conditions are complied with. St. David’s Park reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy any pitch, if in the opinion of the Manager, the person concerned has not complied with these Conditions or with any of the Regulations posted on the Park Notice Board by the Management, or in the opinion of the Management, has acted in such manner as to require his/her removal from the Park. The refund of the appropriate proportion of any fees paid in advance shall be sufficient discharge of all obligations to any person who is required to leave the Park for these reasons.
  13. St. David’s Park shall incur no liability whatsoever in the event of any part of the site or any of the facilities being unavailable because of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Park’s control.
  14. Strictly no jet skis or similar craft. Pets, gazebos, open fires and fireworks are not permitted.
  15. We do not allow any motorised scooters or similar vehicles on the Park.
  16. In the interests of safety, the flying of kites is not allowed on our caravan park.
  17. St. David’s Park and its employees shall not be liable for any loss, damage to or theft from caravan or other property, unless the same be caused of contributed to by negligence or default on the part of the Company, its servants or agents.
  18. To safeguard children and the elderly, a speed limit of 10 mph is enforced on the site. Any person exceeding this speed, or otherwise driving in a heedless fashion will be obliged to take their car offsite.
  19. The Company cannot guarantee the occupation of any preferred pitch to any prospective hirer.
  20. The owner of any tent not displaying the correct tag issued by reception will be liable to pay for an addition night’s pitch fee.
  21. Please respect other guests. Noise, music or any other nuisance will not be tolerated after 11.00 pm.
  22. Please use the litter bins provided. Please also ensure that the Toilet and Shower block facilities are left in the condition you would wish to find them.
  23. Smoking is prohibited in the Toilet and Shower block.
  24. Our facilities are closed for cleaning at various times during the day. You are advised to check our cleaning schedule upon your arrival, which is on display on the notice board.
  25. A pitch is one tent and one vehicle, or one motorhome only. Any other combination will be charged at the full daily tariff, irrespective of the number of persons up to a maximum of six. Pup tents can only be used as accommodation for children under 18 years old. Our tariff is priced per family unit, not per person.
  26. Bank Hholidays are a minimum of three nights stay.
  27. Bookings are only confirmed bookings once payment has been received by St. David’s Park (Anglesey) Ltd. Dishonoured cheques are charged at £10.00 each.
